Challenge: Promote the bands new cd
release. Use EPK as a tool for booking
festivals and clubs.
Solution: We wanted to give viewers a
glimpse into the life of Gaelic Storm.
The band is energetic and fun, they are
dedicated to their following, and the energy
of the live show is amazing. By patterning
the intro after the movie Snatch (the bands
favorite film) we were able to capture
the bands sense of humor, energy, and the
drive of the music all in one step. We
also wanted to show how dedicated they
are to the road, so we decided to montage
the bands own touring footage into the
core of the edit. Carefully selecting interview
topics gives the viewer even more insight
into the personality of the individual
members.
